1. Eligibility:

– Anyone can hold an account and participate in the scheme.

2 . One-Time Deposit Plan:

– Users deposit an amount based on the selected plan from the deposit slab.

3. Income Duration:

Starter Plan: Monthly income is provided for 3 years (36 months).

Premium Plan: Monthly income is provided for 5 years (60 months).

4. Monthly Income:

– Income is credited every month based on the deposit plan.

– Only the income amount can be withdrawn at any time.

– The principal amount remains locked until the plan duration ends.

5. Withdrawals:

– Users can withdraw their monthly income at any time without restrictions.

– Withdrawal requests can be raised through the app, and upon approval, the amount is credited to the registered bank account within 24 hours.

– Principal amount withdrawals require plan cancellation. If canceled, any already-withdrawn income for the ongoing month will be deducted before refunding the principal.

6. Plan Cancellation:

– Users can cancel their plan anytime, but any withdrawn income for the current month will be deducted from the principal before processing the refund.

– Refunds for canceled plans are processed within 24 hours.

7. Platform Fee:

– ₹1 per day, applicable for 1 year from the date of payment.

– Within the active fee period, users can invest in multiple plans and earn through referrals.

– After one year, the platform fee must be renewed to make new deposits or invite others.

– Renewal is not required to continue receiving income from existing plans.

8. Referral Earnings:

– Users can invite friends to invest in the scheme and earn referral income.

– Referral earnings are applicable only within the platform fee paid duration.

– Once you refer, when your invitee deposits in a plan, you will receive constant monthly income based on the plan they have selected.

– For receiving this income, there is no need to renew the platform fee.

– If your invitee cancels the plan at any time, you will no longer receive the referral income.

9. Bank Account Details:

– Withdrawals are processed only to the registered bank account.

– Users are responsible for ensuring the correct bank details are provided.

10. Investment Interest Policy:

– Interest is calculated only on the deposited amount, not on cumulative earnings.

11. Multiple Investments:

– Users can invest in multiple plans under a single account.

12. Data Privacy:

– Account data is encrypted, secured, and not shared with third parties.

13. Account Renewal:

– Accounts will not get deactivated at any time. By paying the platform fee, users can deposit in new plans or invite others.

14. Interest Payout Date:

– Monthly interest is credited based on the initial investment date.

15. Post-Tenure Withdrawals:

– After the completion of the scheme, users can withdraw funds anytime.

16. KYC Requirements:

– KYC is optional at registration but can be uploaded anytime (e.g., PAN, Aadhar).

17. Inactive Accounts:

– Newly created accounts remain inactive until the platform fee is paid.

*18. Partner Module:

– Users can invite up to 50 invitees without paying the platform fee.

– To invite contacts, users can click on the “Import Contact” option and select the desired contacts from their phone.

– Invites will be sent via WhatsApp and text message.

– Users can track their invitations by clicking on “View Details,” showing the number of invites sent.

– Once the platform fee is paid, users can send unlimited invites.

– Users can see invitees who have downloaded the app and send them notifications to pay the platform fee and start their deposit plan.

– Users can track invitees who have paid the platform fee and send notifications reminding them to start their deposit plan.

– Once an invitee deposits in a plan, the referrer will start receiving referral income every month.

– If an invitee cancels their deposit plan, the referral income stops immediately.

19. Safe Deposits:

– The platform ensures safe, secure deposits and higher returns on investments.

20. Policy Changes:

– The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
